Granular cell myoblastoma is one of the-most unusual and mysterious lesion in the realm and humen pathology, occuring most fregiiently on the tongue.
This, tumor has been reported from the larynx, esophagus, palate, bronchus, external ear,
skin and various areas of the body In retroperitoneum however, it occurs very rarely.
An 11 years old girl was admitted because of progressively enlarging mass in the left abdomen ,
for several months, and treated with transperitoreal resection.
The author herein reports a case of granular cell myoblastoma of the retroperitoneum with the
literatural review.
